Meguiar’s Endurance Tire Gel
This is what I use to keep the tires looking deep black and clean. On a Miata, small details like tires actually stand out a lot, so having them properly dressed makes the whole car look more complete.
Why I Use This
I’ve tried a few spray-type tire dressings before, but most of them either don’t last or end up splashing onto the body after driving.
This gel type feels more controlled. It stays on the tire better and gives a more consistent finish without making things messy.
How I Use It
After washing the car, I apply a small amount onto an applicator pad and spread it evenly across the tire.
I usually go for a thin layer — enough to darken the tire without making it overly glossy.
What I Like
- Deep black finish, not overly shiny if applied thin
- Lasts longer than typical spray dressings
- Less sling compared to liquid types
- Easy to control during application
Anything to Note
If you apply too much, it can get a bit glossy and may sling slightly when you start driving. Less is better with this one.
