SanDisk High Endurance MicroSD Card
This is the SD card I use for my dash cam setup. It might seem like a small thing, but for something that records continuously in the background, the SD card actually matters a lot more than people think.
Why I Use This
Dash cams are constantly recording and overwriting footage — normal SD cards aren’t really designed for that.
This one is built specifically for continuous recording use cases like dash cams and CCTV, so it handles long-term stress much better.
For me, this is more about reliability than speed. When you actually need the footage, you don’t want the card to fail.
How I Use It
I just install it into the dash cam and leave it there — it’s a full “set and forget” setup.
Occasionally, I’ll format it through the app to keep things running smoothly, but other than that, it just does its job quietly.

Anything to Note
It’s usually slightly more expensive than regular SD cards, but this is one area I wouldn’t cheap out on.
Also, speed isn’t the main selling point here — it’s about endurance and reliability.
