The Bumper Area (Beside the Number Plate)
Another alternative is pasting it directly onto the front bumper, right next to the license plate.

My Final Decision: The Bottom Edge of the Headlamp
This is what I highly recommend and what I observed many smart owners doing. I stuck my RFID tag on the very bottom edge of the headlight housing, right where it meets the front bumper.
Why it works perfectly
The front bumper cover is made of plastic, not metal, so it keeps the tag completely isolated from radio interference.
The Visual Disguise
Placing it right along that bottom seam camouflages the sticker beautifully against the sharp geometry of the headlamp lens, keeping your windshield entirely clear and saving you from toll-lane anxiety.
